Executive Advisor Fumiaki Fujino

Profile

Fujino has a long history of doing business with China and is a respected observer of the Chinese economy in Japan.

After serving as Chief Representative for China Affairs of ITOCHU Corporation, Managing Director of ITOCHU Corporation, and Head of the ITOCHU China Research Institute, Fujino served for a long time as Director General of the Northwest Pacific Region Economic Center, the predecessor of the Asia Business Promotion Center. He currently serves as the Executive Advisor to the Asia Business Promotion Center.

He is also an advisor to the Association for Promotion of International Trade, Japan and a councilor of the Japan-China Economic Association.
