Virtual Exhibition
T-Messe 2021 will be held as a hybrid exhibition at the Real Zone (venue) and the Virtual Zone (online).
The organizer offers various benefits to overseas companies exhibiting at the Real Zone venue.

T-Messe flyer (English version)
Real Zone Exhibits will be limited to businesses that can come to Japan or businesses with a subsidiary or representative office in Japan that are able to participate.
Real Zone
● A booth for exhibits combining government/investment agencies and companies for one country or region.
● The space can be provided as long as the government agency is the representative and oversees the exhibiting groups/companies.
● The space provided will be up to W 1,980 mm x D 1,980 mm x # of groups/companies, according to the representative's wishes.
● Exhibition is free. However, any decorations aside from basic decorations must be arranged by the exhibitor.
How to Apply
Please submit an application to a partnership organization, such as a government agency, who represents a joint booth. Each partnership organization is requested to apply via the online application form on behalf of joint exhibitors.
If you do not know the partnership organization for your country/region, please ask the T-Messe Secretariat for Overseas Companies.
● 2,970 mm wide and 1,980 mm deep (panel center measurements)
● 65,000 yen exhibition fee per booth (half of the domestic price)
● Companies and groups can exhibit independently.
● Decorations aside from basic decorations must be arranged by the exhibitor.

Virtual Zone
● Specifications: Company outline, product information, technological information, websites, links, promotional videos, chatting function
● Fee: 55,000 yen per booth (* due to travel limitations, this is free for foreign businesses that cannot come to Japan.)
● Number of slots: Around 50
We are creating a new virtual zone for 2021 in order to create business opportunities and exhibitions using the internet.
The company page will have an introduction to the company using images, videos, and text, and it will be possible to converse with visitors by chatting with them.
* Exhibits in the virtual zone during the event will be limited to businesses with employees able to conduct business conversations and email or chat in Japanese.

How to apply for ...
1) a joint booth and a virtual booth
Please submit an application to a partnership organization, such as a government agency, who represents a joint booth.
Each partnership organization is requested to apply via the online application form on behalf of joint exhibitors.
2) a standard booth and a virtual booth
Please go to the standard booth application form and select "Virtual Zone & Real Zone" as your exhibit type.
3) a virtual booth only
Please submit an application to a partnership organization, such as a government agency, who represents a joint booth.
Each partnership organization is requested to apply via the online application form on behalf of joint exhibitors and virtual booth alone exhibitors.

1. The representative of a joint booth submits an application.

3. An Exhibitor Manual, which outlines procedures and precautions for exhibiting, will be released around August.

4. Early Business Negotiation Matching
Exhibitors submit their wishes for business negotiations (with Japanese exhibitors/buyers) in advance, and the organizer sets appointments.
